Our stay was filled with difficulties, starting with the unhelpful front desk staff. The elevator was malfunctioning, forcing us to carry our heavy luggage up to the fourth floor. Adding to the frustration, we were charged an unexpected deposit, and when I inquired about it, the clerk responded rudely, leaving me feeling quite disheartened.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring Flying Squirrel and Century Downs. The hotel was a great base—comfortable rooms and easy airport access. Make sure to enjoy the hot tub on the roof and check out the friendly staff! Plus, the breakfast was top-notch, much better than typical hotel fare.
The only hitch was that I struggled with the Keurig coffee machine in the room. A little instruction would have gone a long way, especially for early mornings.

We had an enjoyable stay with our kids, especially loved the nearby Flying Squirrel, which kept them entertained for hours. The hotel was comfortable with a great location, and we appreciated the clean, well-maintained room with two spacious beds. It made for a stress-free family trip.
In my wife’s opinion, we missed having a pool for the kids to splash around in. It would really enhance the family experience.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, making it hard to rinse off properly.

The Premium Queen Room was beautifully clean and featured lovely plumbing, creating a comfortable environment. The hotel’s proximity to the airport, combined with shuttle service, made travel effortless. Additionally, having an authentic Italian restaurant on-site was a delightful convenience for dinner. However, the view could be affected by the nearby planes, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness stood out.
